RILEY - ADOPTED

Riley is an adorable 4-month-old Shepard mix (with a hint of hound, perhaps!) who weighs about 10 lbs. She’s a confident, affectionate, and playful pup with a surprisingly calm demeanor for her age.

Personality: Silly, smart, and low-energy, Riley enjoys bursts of puppy play but is mostly laid-back. She’s incredibly brave—new people make her a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly. She’s already showing how smart she is and is highly food-motivated, making her easy to train!

Home Life: Riley is young and adaptable, so she’d thrive in just about any home! She’s still working on crate training—she sleeps through the night fine but might protest if left alone for too long. She should be crated when unattended since she’s still learning her house manners.

Dogs & Socialization: Riley is great with other dogs and would love a furry playmate to help show her the ropes, but she’d also be fine as an only pup. She’s confident around bigger dogs and plays well.

Loves treats, bones, and stealing shoes!

Not a big fan of the outdoors yet but is warming up to it.

Doesn’t nip like many puppies her age.

Working on leash skills (right now, it’s more of a zig-zag adventure!).
